Handy Tips

1. Before cutting Onion, place them in the fridge for couple of hours. This will avoid your eyes from watering while cutting them 🙂

2. If you would like to finely chop chilies or Coriander leaves, use Kitchen scissors instead of knife 🙂

3. Store eggs with pointed end facing downwards. This helps to retain the moisture in the egg and reduces the risk of spoiling them. 🙂

4. While breaking an egg, if you have a small piece of shell along with the broken egg, instead of using a fork or your fingers to remove this piece, use the half broken egg shell to remove it out. Its easy and quick. 🙂
