Summers are extremely beautiful in London. Children on their bikes, daffodils in the garden, people having barbecues sipping a cold beer. You have to be really lucky to have such a weather on your day off. Today was not one of the warmest days, however it was nice n bright. SunKiss’d Garlic Prawns is perfect for a sunny afternoon. You can have this dish on your barbecues party day.
1. Half kilo of fresh prawns with peels
2. Garlic finely chopped 3 cloves
3. Chili flakes 1 tsp
4. Lemon 1
5. Chopped fresh Parsley
6. Olive oil
7. Salt and Pepper
Wash the prawns. In a bowl add salt, pepper and chili flakes. To this add the prawns and let it marinade as below.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add garlic and toss it. Now add the marinated prawns and fry on each side until it turns crispy and light brown as below.To this squeeze a lemon and add chopped parsley. Let it fry for couple of more minutes and your succulent sunkiss’d prawns are ready to be served. The secret is to cook this dish with the shell on.
